Former CNN anchor Don Lemon taken into custody, sources say

"The Justice Department had asked the appellate court to compel the U.S. District Court in Minnesota to sign the arrest warrants over civil rights charges alleging the defendants were unlawfully interfering with the churchgoers' constitutional-protected freedom to practice religion."

So this is the charge ? Anyone have any details as to the particulars ?

It’s the tactics, not the policy. It’s ok to arrest people critical of the administration, just be open about it.

I have been saying that from my time serving on a grand jury, it was clear that the whole procedure is close to a rubber stamp - low bar, not requiring unanimous agreement, can take it multiple times to the grand jury if it fails the first time, and most importantly you only hear one side.

But I just can’t imagine them sending this one on.
