Hilarious after Vance has made chastising Europe for insufficient free speech a cornerstone for justifying all Administration actions that undermine Europe or support the free speech utopia in Russia.

Chilling. I hope the USSC takes this up. There have been several cases lately trying to balance free speech with a University's desire to foster an inclusive environment free of harassment. Thomas and Alito, really wanted to take the cases, presumably to hammer university censorship, but the cases failed to gain certification. This kind of forces some of the other Justices' hands in my opinion as its Trump cracking down on speech. This assumes Trump does something more substantive than just tweet into the wind.
