Well, Biden wasn't normal either. Unfairly or fairly, he was literally viewed as a doddering old man with dementia. 100 miles better than Trump, of course, but still not what we'd consider a normal presidency.

It aged people like Obama and Bush immensely, and they were in a much younger starting place than was 78 year-old Joe Biden when he assumed the presidency in the midst of a global pandemic, a faltering economy, and social unrest. Can't even imagine what toll the job took on Biden's already-aging body and mind.

Obama and W definitely. Clinton looked a little older but not as dramatic as those two.

Trump of all people does not appear to have changed much since 2016. He wasn't exactly a movie star before and I'm sure he uses plenty of makeup and hair dye but he looks pretty close in appearance to what he looked like in 2016.

I found this link with various presidents. FDR looks to have aged about three decades in his 12 years. Lincoln also dramatically aged in 4 years.

Most POTUS’s carry the weight of representing 300M+ Americans and worrying about their well-being for 4-8 years. Since Trump only cares about Trump, he has less stress in that regard.

I read something about this before where a doctor explained that we’re not seeing the aging of these presidents due to stress, but rather it’s just that these presidents were at ages where aging starts to show more drastically over the course of several years.

I’m 50 right now, and my hair went from mainly light brown to mostly gray within the past three-four years.
