Unless the government is paying for the medical treatment or for transition surgery for prison inmates, of course.

transgender girls are not "boys." you cannot hope to have a conversation about the topic if you do not accept the premise. it's like saying the Earth is 6000 years old in a group talking about dinosaurs.

are those inmates teenagers? because unless they are, i don't see how that's connected to your concerns about trans teens' long-term outcomes or high school athletes.
