Trump, GOP fuel conspiracy theories: Eating pets, a rigged debate and QAnon

Led by their presidential nominee, Republicans have increasingly embraced false tales and groundless claims once relegated to the political fringes. Some in the party are worried.
They are baiting naive voters. It works…”hook, line, and sinker".

It’s okay, he said he doesn’t remember doing that, he had taken sleep medication so the sheriff said he would strive to regain the public’s trust. Nothing to see…

The American Economy is #1. The GDP is growing on solid ground. The US has one of the lowest inflation rates on the globe. We're #1 in O&G production, #1 in Clean Energy, #1 in Higher Education. The American People are getting it done.

The "traditional conservative" approach would be
1. Don't screw up the above
2. Default towards Liberty, the US Constitution, and stay out of people's personal lives.

One fake Republican side offers the Axis of Orange:
A. Weird Billionaire Bros embedded in the national multimedia.
B. Taliban-like interference with family decisions and health care.
C. Autocratic governing leaning towards tyranny, plutocracy, and really bad economic decisions (e.g., across the board massive tariffs).

The Axis of Orange will ruin the economy, destroy health care (especially for women). and undermine the US Constitution.

No, thank you.

Let he who has not, shortly after taking their nightly melatonin, made regrettable posts on social media vowing to abdicate their duties as a public servant based on partisan politics throw the first stone.

They've lost the national popular vote in 7 of the last 8 presidential elections and they're about to lose it again, but you will never, ever convince Trumpers that they somehow still aren't a large majority of the American people. As I've said before, they're not the Silent Majority but just a loud and obnoxious minority. And a lot of that misguided belief comes from the fact that most Trumpers live in rural areas and suburbs that are still overwhelmingly white, conservative Christian, and Republican, and so they just assume that everyone (except for a few weirdos in college towns and minorities and white liberals in some big cities) are just like they are. It's where the whole "Real American" idea comes from.
