Grocery Prices

Truly cannot imagine how working class families or even many middle class families are making ends meet right now, between the prices at the gas pump and the prices at the grocery store checkout. It’s unfathomable. Just spent $175 at the store for a bunch of berries (my two toddlers have a voracious appetite for berries), a couple half gallons of milk, yogurt, chicken breast, and a few other odds and ends like dish soap, toothpaste.

It’s brutal out there. I luckily work from home and I don’t deal with gas often, and even I’m reconsidering a day trip 4 hours away because of gas prices.
