I have been urging our extended family to become the Vonn Trapp family, cross the northern border , and claim refugee status based upon Canada's policy to accept Individuals who fear persecution in their home country due to race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a specific social group

So far my family is reluctant to make the move. The good news for me is that Trump and his stormtroopers strengthen my argument every day.

It really is. Christmas birthdays yeah you have to split it. But people are festive and have energy. He has never and will never have friends over on his birthday cause everyone is with family and otherwise EXHAUSTED today.

We just do gatherings in the summer instead

That was the issue with having a bday party for me too. Either it needed to be early Dec or early Jan. Either way it sucked.

That and most everyone except for my parents would do the merry birthday; happy xmas presents. 😂 I cared then but it doesn't matter much now.

Lent, cold March winds or both? I tend to to favor the winds. It's ridiculous what some people give up for Lent.
