Doug Emhoff did an interview with Eddie Vedder and Jeff Ament of Pearl Jam and believe it was on their SiriusXM station around latter party of October. And this morning heard him being interviewed by Jim Rotolo on Growin Up on Springsteen’s SiriusXM channel. Second Gentleman is making the rounds. Both of those stations have huge audiences.

He was also a guest on The Ringer Fantasy Football Podcast, this past week, which is a top 5 fantasy football podcast, and top 50 overall sports pod. Two of the three hosts are squarely millennials. Appears Doug is getting deployed to hopefully shave tiny margins of the men of the "rock 'n roll" gens (i.e. late boomer, Gen X) and the "connected" gens.

Found a better clip — someone in audience yells “dipshit” and Walz is responding to that with the “Michigan knows that word”; he otherwise seems the trying to say “that guy” but did a tongue tied “that gay guy” as the audience member yells dipshit

Yeah, not all that different from Biden getting tongue-tied and saying that Trump supporters were garbage. But I'm sure that Fox and the GOP will go into meltdown mode (again), even as Trump is saying he doesn't mind if "fake news" journalists get shot and that he's going "to have some fun" with Michelle Obama.

ETA: I just checked the Fox website to see if they had anything about this, but not yet. But their cover story is that Kamala may have violated FCC rules by appearing on SNL just a couple of days before the election. LOL. Big-time GOP butthurt there.

It's from two days ago. If it didn't register with anyone by now, it's never going to.

Not having much context, it honestly seems like he just got tongue tied and meant to say guy but gay came out.

I always thought it was kind of odd to tell somebody you are putting them on ignore, rather than just doing it. It's almost like the person doing the ignoring thinks the complete stranger is going to care. It's like "Take THAT person who I have never, doesn't know me met and means nothing to me!"
