So I had my annual checkup w/UNC at Manning Drive and filling out the MyChart were a bunch of questions about homelessness and have you had trouble affording food or fuel? Also have you had to spend time in your car between housing.
So I asked the nurse about it and she said that they implemented it a few months ago and they were alarmed by the number of people in those situations!

The NC State Health Plan is about to really throw some curve balls with their Tiered System. If you are already with UNC Health you are in better shape but the problem is, thousands of people are going to switch, causing insane wait times for appointments

Maybe that is where their costs are ?
I have folks call me daily from my State Employees Retiree Health Plan (a version of Humana Advantage) wanting a Home Vist
I always wonder if they notice that I see a Physician of some sort several times a year?

Godallmightly. Were that we had more of these 'not legit' participants who pay premiums but never file a claim. The stupidity of these people truly plumbs the depths.
