Heels vs Horned Frogs



Special teams looked iffy on first kickoff but we looked good on both sides of the ball to start.

One of the things I am focused on is can we avoid the boatload of undisciplined penalties. That alone will make me happy.
 
What the hell was that whistle just stop the play where Lopez was “sacked”? I’ve never seen that in all of my years playing or watching football.

Yeah, totally bizarre. Never ever seen that in a live game at any level before. That’s why I’m wondering if it may be there’s some obscure new rule that got implemented to try to protect quarterbacks?
 
Well….I liked the opening drive and first defensive sequence.

My prediction a couple of days ago was 38-17, TCU.

So, I have to stick with that.
 
But after getting some great holes the first possession, the O-Line got manhandled last two possessions…
 
Well, the good news is, at the very least our opening drives are going to be scripted to perfection it appears!

Yeah.

Not sure we can handle TCU’s passing attack — they may be helping us to start by trying to establish their more suspect running game.
