IMO it will be one of two things:
1. As forecast above, some sort of policy directive about focusing on "homeland security" or something, and announcing that this will involve the transfer/re-deployment of a number of units and a focus on "leftist terrorism" or some shit
2. Something incredibly stupid that is a huge waste of everyone's time, like something about cracking down on soldiers being anything other than 100% enthusiastic "patriots" that probably involves reference to Charlie Kirk's death somehow

I've been a huge Sabbath fan since I was a teenager, but I've got to say -- rhyming masses with masses always irked me a bit. I know I'm not the only one.
It's sad because masses is not a hard word to rhyme. I mean, even "witches with black sashes" would be better. Or hot flashes. Or hall passes.
