Yeah, I’m pretty sure Hubert was safe regardless, but I don’t think an early exit has any potential to move the needle now.

Not really. I want him and Carolina to succeed. As I have said before I think they need to be more consistent going forward. So far it's been alternating good and bad seasons. This season was good. Not great, but good. I just don't know how long they should keep waiting for consistency, though.

HD was safe for another year anyway, but most definitely now, no matter what happens in the tournaments.

He needs to start thinking about the portal for bigs right now.
The portal opens in exactly one month and there are some teams who are done for the year, already, after tomorrow. Ga Tech for one example.
You never know where you might find the next Dalton Knecht or Brady Manek.
