He would have been better off watching old Eminem videos to prepare for No. 2 for Cal. Watching tape clearly didn't help.
 
The coaches that appear to be intelligent and thoughtful are usually the non-pubs.

The old school machismo dolts are always MAGA.
 
My wife was repelled by Landman. I wasn't there when she gave it a try but she struck it from any list of our watches. We both have veto power.
 
Nothing much to add here but to say this whole situation is sad. I tend to agree that it is time to move on from HD, but the win-at-all-costs mentality is so far divorced from what I grew up with Coach Smith, that I find it hard to reconcile with my fandom.

What's he supposed to do? Lock himself in the film room and go dark? He can spare a few hours to watch the championship game.

This sounds like the people calling complaining about Caleb Williams having a good time at the Blackhawks game the other night.

I’ve not watched a single episode but it looked as dumb as Yellowstone which my wife and I briefly enjoyed when we thought it was intended as dark comedy.
 
This is an ok thread to discuss the next UNC Men’s basketball coach, but it hasn’t quite taken hold as a catch all Coach Hubert Davis discussion. Those discussions tend to coattail at the end of each ritmos/game thread… whether or not the Heels win or lose there is always that talk of “fire Hubert” or “Team did ok but Hubert still is not the right guy” or “Hubert’s ok, but he’d better finish —- in ACC and make the FF this season, or else” or whatever.

I posited the idea of a separate Coach Davis “catch all” thread a while back, but somebody pooh-poohed the idea offhand, so I didn’t bother.

This particular thread here was started soon after a loss, so it’s clouded straight away.
And it soon devolved into Yankees fans suck and watching Landman.

But maybe that’s exactly where a Coach HD catch all thread needs to wander…
