It absolutely was. And he absolutely did.High didn’t violate Title IX. The university would not allow him to remain enrolled if he did. Not defending what he did, but it wasn’t a Title IX matter.

I don't understand why people think May is so stuck at Michigan. It is a good job, and he may like being in the shadows of the football program, but I've seen no evidence that he is UM lifer. Is there some particular reason that folks laugh at the idea of May leaving Michigan but actively dicsuss Golden leaving Florida? Florida is a better hoops job than Michigan historically so I am curious how they reach that conclusion.
Actually, if I understand it correctly, it was determined that he violated the sexual misconduct policy, but there was no finding of a Title IX violation (and initially no Title IX claim was filed). But after the student who was the victim of the misconduct learned that he had been working out with the team, which she believed was a violation of the agreement that had been reached regarding Hugh’s suspension, she filed a Title IX claim against the university, which I assume is still pending. It absolutely was. And he absolutely did.
I don’t give a fuck. Now ignore me.I'm calling "bullshit" on that info.
The UCO office found that he violated the sexual misconduct policy. The UCO office is the department that handles Title IX complaints.Actually, if I understand it correctly, it was determined that he violated the campus sexual misconduct policy, but there was no finding of a Title IX violation (and initially no Title IX claim was filed). Hiring Golden right after we hired Belichick and his sugar baby girlfriend would, to put it mildly, be a PR disaster for the school. UNC used to have the reputation of "doing things the right way". No doubt ABCers laughed at that but it was real and it is part of what made us such a prestigious school and athletic program. Having Golden and Belichick here at the same time would pretty much finish that reputation for good. Surely we can do better than him.Time to make the call!
Actually, let him go to Kansas. We have better options.
Same old shit you told so many of us when you swore up and down that Joe Biden would be the Dem's POTUS nominee . .I don’t give a fuck. Now ignore me.
One last time. Just put me on ignore. I could give two shits and a fuck if you believe my info on the UNC coaching job. Just relaying what I have heard from folks connected to the program. Take it or leave it . Some here might want the info. If you don’t that is fine.Same old shit you told so many of us when you swore up and down that Joe Biden would be the Dem's POTUS nominee . .

Sound familiar . . ?
You come across as a message board drama queen doing your best to attract attention to posts that are truly worthless.
You haven't heard shit, you're reading someone else's posts from somewhere and bringing it back here as if it was your inside info. " My boy E . . " you claim as your source and it's all just bullshit. One last time. Just put me on ignore. I could give two shits and a fuck if you believe my info on the UNC coaching job.
