I have a hunch that's pretty much what Roy Williams has been arguing in private this weekend. Not that they are correct and that Davis should be retained, but I doubt that Larry Brown is the only former UNC player or coach to be making this argument to the powers-that-be. I doubt it will work, though. And there may well be some former players who are making the opposite argument as well.

Were you more sure or less sure about Joe Biden remaining the dem nominee than you are about Stevens being our next coach?

It doesn't have anything to do with UNC basketball, it has to do with you being cocksure about something (Biden being the nominee) that turned out to be completely wrong. I'm just trying to gauge how sure you feel about Stevens being our next coach compared to how sure you felt about Biden being the nominee...

Also on our list if Brad turns it down is Lloyd, Oats, Donovan and TJ.
That is the info I have heard.

Now back to shitting on Trump. And no Billy you can’t blow me. The answer is still no.

I think MSU will be a tier below those other schools and I don't think us, UK, or KU will be terribly worried about them.

I think Pope will get another year. (Being fully honest, it's one of the reasons I'm happy we're seemingly moving on from HD this offseason. I think the UK job will likely be open after next year and that would be crazy to have those 2 programs going head-to-head on a coaching search.)

I have no idea what Self will do. KU and Carolina open in the same offseason would also be insane.
