1. Obeyed lawful withholding orders
2. Provided due process
3. Refused to send people to be tortured in violation of US and international law
4. Obeyed court orders instructing them to stop
5. Didn't suck up to pathetic two-bit tinpot dictators in carrying out US law enforcement.

That's a starter list.
Due process was provided, Kilmar has a list of police documentation and met with immigration judges. No one is being tortured. Trump was using his power under alien enemies act. Whos this dictator you're talking about?

If all immigrants without proper paperwork were deported-we literally would not have food to eat . Construction would collapse and the service industry would go to hell
This is not hyperbole

Following the Constitution is not dependent on public opinion polling.

(This isn't a criticism of your statement, but I think it is being overlooked in this whole line of argument)
Why wasn't the law enforced coming into the country? Now we're all law experts with deportation. Deportation is the winning side here. Choose wisely

Definitely absurd and exaggerated. The fact you can't see the difference with whats taking place says this country might be in more trouble than I thought. You're voting for your own demise and don't see it.

Are you asking me whether laws should be followed and enforced? My answer is yes.

What's your answer? Do you think laws, including the due process clause of the Constitution, should be followed and enforced?

Where were you when they weren't being enforced with illegally entry with the help of Biden and his cohorts?

I was doing my job forcing the government to follow the law in my area of specialty, which is not immigration.

So, back to my question. Do you think laws, including the due process clause of the Constitution, should be followed and enforced?

Lol ok. Yes, but I'm for deportation of those that came into the country illegally immediately. We don't have the time and resources to play your game with overwhelming the system. I notice due process only works for you when leaving the country, how convenient.

In case this was directed to me, I was fucking up a bunch of gringos with my buddy Stephen Miller. You were there too, though, so why are you asking?
You're not making any valid points. Just shows you favor illegal immigration more than legal immigration.

Your "Yes" is immediately followed by your explanation of why you really mean "No." There is no "but it might be expensive and time consuming" exception to the 14th amendment.

I've got no clue what your last sentence means. I think you were trying to suggest I only care about due process in certain situations?? If selective due process is bad, why are you advocating for selective due process? I'm for due process in every instance it is owed.

Prove to me you were for due process coming into the country illegally.

Sort of. I favor Tren de Aragua, not the rest of those illegals. And don't play coy here, Silence. You and Stevie M. do, too. You were both showing me your tattoos at our meeting this past Monday.

Do you mean prove I'm for people entering the country legally? What is "due process coming into the country illegally?" And how would you suggest I prove that?
On this message board. Show where you were against illegal entry. Google says due process means following established legal rules and principles to ensure a fair and impartial outcome. So what legal rules were followed during the illegal entry?
