MSNBC reporting that ICE went to the Georgia plant for 4 Latinos. The Korean workers were not part of the plan. They just went and ended up rounding all foreign nationals they found there.

The Korean workers were specialized workers overseeing installation of proprietary material that Americans don't have experience in installing.
