I don’t know if it was her actions or his identification. They’re clearly looking at a DL or something similar before changing their minds.

Not sure if he just saw this; to date, DHS has not provided meaningful evidence to support this claim though Incompletely agree that, if true, this is bad.
Why is he handcuffed?I don’t know if it was her actions or his identification. They’re clearly looking at a DL or something similar before changing their minds.
The Supreme Court has basically expanded cop immunity to the point that it is almost impossible to sue for incidents like this.this is insane. i hope she sues the shit out of everyone involved here.
ICE is completely and totally out of control.
"ICE thought (wrongly) that the woman had tried to ram their vehicle" gives them entirely too much benefit of the doubt despite you acknowledging that they thought wrong. it was a minor fender bender. It seems pretty clear what happened here.
The ICE/whatever agents were getting yelled at. They did their usual thing of panicking. They then drove away at a fairly high rate of speed and curved into the right lane. At the same time, the woman was trying to bypass the traffic and got to the right and accelerated. The ICE car and the woman collided and ICE thought (wrongly) that the woman had tried to ram their vehicle. They then approached her very aggressively and she was in no mood to engage with them and they escalated the situation.
edit -- NYCfan's last post with the witness statement confirms my interpretation of the video.
