Nah thats a cop out and you know it, homie. They are the authority if you like it or not. Its just stupid to not follow their orders no matter if you feel their orders are unlawful. Thats what our court system is for. Just a senseless avoidable tragedy.

Yeah, that person has no business having the weight of the federal government behind them, and the policy of qualified immunity means they behave with no regard for the law they're meant to enforce.

They have no authority - neither moral, nor legal - to execute citizens.

All of that is avoidable, but the federal government and it's agents do not wish to avoid tragedy.
