As I said, the biggest stumbling block in the court system for Minnesota is the 8th Circuit. They don't get as much publicity as the Fifth but are just as bad, really.

And this is exactly why McConnell and the GOP have spent the past couple of decades packing the courts under Dubya and now Trump's two terms with extreme right-wing judges. You get all three branches under your thumb and you can simply do whatever the hell you want, to anyone you want.
