Yes, but unless the gun is actually grabbed and unholstered there is absolutely no license to use lethal force. Plus, what's the guy going to do, pull his gun and shoot all 5 of them? This was an execution and it isn't close.

If the next Democratic candidate for president wants my vote, he's going to need to make this one of his campaign promises. Abolish ICE and aggressively purse any agents who broke the law during these occupations of American cities.

OK man. Watch the videos of this incident and tell me it is credible for DOJ to have concluded from its investigation that the guy who was killed was trying to kill as many ICE officers as possible and the numerous shots pumped into him were "defensive."

The backpack lady and a friend looked to be blocking the street and the dead guy was trying to motion cars around. Then the ICE guys came in with pepper spray and the dead guy started fighting ICE.

I don't think he was attacking her. I think he was trying to help her up.
 
If five guys with guns can't disarm a single guy without shooting him ten times because he has "bulky clothing" then these ICE bozos are even more incompetent than anyone already thought.

I don't think its credible for DOJ to have concluded from its investigation that the guy who was killed was trying to kill as many ICE officers as possible and the numerous shots pumped into him were "defensive."

They already had disarmed him. They still shot him.

So once we have establish that ICE/DOJ have zero credibility why are you trying to carry water for them by inventing motives for the shooting different from the one they have offered?

I'm not carrying water for them. I'm disputing that 5 agents could easily wrestle an armed adult to submission with no risk of getting shot.
