Yeah. What do you do when you need agents between your in-between guys and the public. Maybe he thinks he is talking about riot control when actually he's just talking about agents being assholes.

It's like a Simpsons episode, all the time with these fuckers. Even Homer would realize how stupid it is.

ICE is a failure for similar reasons as DOGE. There was a rush to set it up and fund it without good forethought and planning for its execution.
It appears that recruiting for ICE has not attracted, by and large, professional law enforcement candidates or responsible leadership.
The tragic end result is innocent civilian casualties. The administration is refusing to acknowledge any responsibility for its failures and pushing a false narrative that the public can plainly see is refuted on video.
The next logical step is to publicize the enormity of wasteful funding going into the program.
