Other LE agencies are trained to deal with similar situations better. So yea, there is a less % of shootings. Most of the time they aren't faced with ginned up lunatics, stoked by socialist / marxist organizers, screaming / spitting / throwing things at them. If you think those are peaceful protests you have no clue what peaceful means. Still doesn't mean they should be killed but it sure increases the possibility of something bad happening. Pretti intervened, put hands on a fed officer, and resisted arrest. Those are facts. No, that doesn't mean he should be shot, but it sure as hell makes it more likely than if he didn't get in the middle and put his hands on the cop. Had he stayed 20 feet away, protested peacefully, and recorded he would still be alive. You and the left don't grasp that or worse, do, but won't acknowledge it so your arguments are flawed and it doesn't advance your agenda of stopping deportation of illegal aliens.

Way to cower from the question. It was reported that the individual ice was after was convicted of domestic abuse. If true (that removes your excuse of ice lying) are you ok with that person staying in this country illegally? Man up and answer it. I don't have a problem stating where I stand on this hostile board.

Did it legally by filing for asylum at a port of entry. Has now paid $32,000 in legal fees and is still in limbo. Has been told by his attorney it could take 2 more years. I have offered to seek help from our congressional and Senate reps on his behalf. You know who he blames. It isn't trump. Rightfully its biden. If biden hadn't turned millions lose in the country we wouldn't be going through what is taking place. And trump was elected in large part due to biden's total fuck up of immigration. He sees far more clearly than this board. So, I hope every single person in this country that is here illegally is deported because they don't have a right to live here while my friend and his family have and continue to suffer. Get to the back of the line. What does your hypocrisy lead you to say to those people? So LOL at the hypocritical claim of compassion for people just trying to make a better life. You would rather have compassion for an illegal criminal than someone trying to immigrate to this country the right way or for American citizens who need help. On the contrary, im full of compassion, empathy, and charity for people who do things the right way. Very little though for those who infringe on others’ opportunities for their own gain and those who enable them.

I'm not afraid to answer any question. I never have been and I never will be. But you didnt ask a question. You invented a wild ass hypothetical based on some equally wild ass internet rumor. How would any reporter know who ICE was after that day? They would be reporting what they were told by someone inside ICE. That would be the only possibility. And anything told by anyone associated with ICE is absolutely bullshit. That had been proven time and again.

As to your friend from Brazil, the fact that you have a token working through the immigration system and assume that I dont know literally hundreds with far more ridiculous stories of legal immigration is symbolic of your own myopia and idiocy.

You don’t think it logical that ice would identify the person they were after if he had a criminal record? Direct question asked to you twice: if the individual ice was targeting in the lead up to the Pretti shooting was in fact wanted for / convicted for domestic abuse, do you support deporting him? That’s not a hypothetical. It has a reasonable chance of being true. But if it isn’t that guy there are hundreds more who have been.

The wording of that phrase invoked a "oh wow the irony" moment for me on so many levels. Thought it appropriate to post on this thread, but could have fit on any thread. Pretty sure Trump dreams of a "gangster paradise" for him and the friends that pay the "Don" tribute.
