Wrong. Preponderance doesn't apply here. Just say you want said illegal in a court room with a bias jury and judge, just say it.Nope. An immigration judge (not the same thing as an actual judge) said that the government had produced enough evidence to satisfy the immigration standards, which is not remotely the same as saying that the preponderance of evidence showed that he was. The immigration standards are extremely deferential, and the judge works for the justice department, so it is a finding about nothing at all.
