City council member says as he understands it, a protestor was blocking the road with her car and refused to move, an ICE Agent got out of his vehicle and shot her in the head. She is dead.

Witnesses saw blood all over an airbag and a body lying on the sidewalk.
 
Witness lives in the neighborhood describes loud noises got his attention so he went to his window. He heard three shots and saw a vehicle crash, has video of them carrying the body out, "I am pretty right leaning, but this is not how we should do things in America"

DHS statement (paraphrase as I write it from the tv broadcast): "One of the protestors 'weaponized' their vehicles and tried to carry out an act of domestic terrorism against ICE officers. One brave ICE agent fired to protect his life and the life of his fellow officers and the driver is deceased."

protest leader says they have video that contradicts DHS's statement. No one has supplied that video to MSNOW or its reporters yet though.
