“…The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrestedEstefany Maria Rodriguez Florez, a journalist for Nashville Noticias,, opens new tab ‌in the state capital on Thursday. She was taken to an ICE detention center and remains in custody.

ICE accuses her of violating her visa conditions. A lawyer for her was cited by local media as saying that "up until now, she hasn't had a case with ICE charging her with anything."
Rodriguez Florez has lived in the U.S. for five years and "frequently reports on stories critical of ICE," her lawyers said in an emergency petition filed in federal court, saying she was arrested without a warrant.

ICE officers had an "administrative warrant" at the time of the arrest on Wednesday, an ICE spokesperson and a spokesperson of the Department of Homeland Security, of which ICE is a part, said on Friday.…”

Ah. No. I suspect Miller would prefer this not get released. When leaks occur that are detrimental to Rubio, Wiles, and maybe Vance then I would suspect Miller.
Does anyone else look at Stephen Miller and think, "This is what Mike Krzyzewsi would have looked like if he had shaved his head when he was younger?"

I agree with this 100%. I also think Dems need to be doing some aggressive messaging as the TSA impacts worsen. I know I get ticked off when the Precheck lines are abnormally long, and if that continues to get worse, we need to assume the Pubs will try to blame it on the Dems. Maybe I'm missing it but I haven't seen much counter-messaging yet. That needs to happen. I suspect it's getting lost in Iran news.

DIFFERENT CASE:

“… They also claimed two men rushed from a nearby residence and, alongside the original arrest target, attacked the officer “with weapons” as he lay on the ground. That’s when the agent fired, allegedly in fear for his life.

… But an FBI special agent later testified that video surveillance footage from the street did not corroborate that account.

… Witnesses always maintained that the ICE agent fired after the men fled into the house, striking Sosa-Celis in the thigh.

Evidence later proved that a bullet pierced the door, undermining the officer’s self-defense claim.

… In a 23-minute call to her mother [recorded on video], Sosa-Celis’ partner, Indriany Syrisnoy Mendoza Camacho, wails while clutching her 3-year-old son on the floor. Soon after, federal agents shatter a second-story window and shoot tear gas inside the house.

“They’re going to get in,” she says in Spanish during a call translated for the Minnesota Star Tribune. “Mom! Mom! They’re going to kill us.”…”
