That is not what they want. They want to terrorize. That's what terrorists do.

That's the misconception that is common among liberals.... "everyone just wants to be free and prosperous and healthy and be able to live their life."

Some cultures (aka religions) want to blow up themselves and as many of those around them as they possibly can.

You don't think we should work with Israel since they are the only democracy that is fighting for its life in the middle east, surrounded by people who want nothing more than to wipe them off the earth and, if given the opportunity, Iran would wipe them off the earth.

Monotheism is the only really virulent form. They are all or nothing and has , as the Abrahamic versions show, hve little tolerance for even a slightly different interpretation. Other forms are considerably more tolerant about gods and beliefs on the whole.
 


I watched this guy's shipping channel yesterday and today (link above). My bottom line takeaway is that Iran is motivated to keep Strait open for its shipping. Rather interesting how insurance for ships work.
