In Russia v. Ukraine, there’s a bad actor and a good one. Russia is the bad actor.

In Israel v. Hamas there are two bad actors. One might be a 0 on a 0-10 scale and one might be a 0-1. Both are bad.

In Iran v. Israel, it’s two bad actors. Iran’s definitely a zero. In this fight, Israel might comparatively be a two. Israel is still a violent nation that lies and needlessly kills civilians.

Acknowledging the truth isn't Islamophobic. Did you miss the very significant unrest in Iran recently because the morality police beat a young girl to death because she wasn't covered enough?
 
Also worthwhile to note that none of Iran's neighbors are actually mad about this. No one wanted to see a nuclear-armed Iran. They are giving their obligatory "this is outrageous" statements to the media, but behind closed doors they are probably all high-fiving. Its like when your neighbor who has a history of DUIs comes over and tells you that his car just got repoed. "Oh nooooo......realllly? Man, that's horrriblllle....boooooo."

It's unfortunate as long as you can watch from a far. How would you feel if your family were killed over something we should be able to solve diplomatically?

I didn't mean it as absolute equals. But Isreals leadership is far from perfect and without reproach.

ALL of these countries need to wake up to the destruction their inability to co exist creates.

Lol at your characterization of no regulatory oversight as if that deal actually achieved regulatory oversight. When you allow the inmate to dictate when and what part of the cell the guards can inspect you have no oversight. Trump rightfully ditched it because it was completely feckless. So if you are making the argument that obama's deal would have kept Iran from acquiring a bomb then you are just wrong.

I'd love to live in a world where there's no war, people all behaved reasonably and anything/everything could be resolved diplomatically. As we know, that isn't the case and sometimes bad things happen.

Iran has put themselves in this position. They have been funding terror attacks on Israel for decades and, again, has publicly stated its intention to eliminate Israel.
