I'm not sure The Grayzone "likes" Putin, at least they don't say so outright, but its writers are decidedly anti-Ukraine (Ukraine is fascist, not Russia) and virulently anti-Israel. I doubt Grayzone writers would agree Putin is fascist. They are much more likely to tag Zelenskyy as fascist.
