How soon should we expect the return of the draft ?

I can see where St. Donald of Mar-a-Lago is coming from on resuming the draft. He has a lot of experience with the draft. The draft really isn't anything that "people of quality" have to deal with. If the draft is resumed, it will just affect the hoi-poiloi. That class of people will quickly replace any killed in the Crusade to Rescue vital supplies of petroleum from the clutches of non-Christians.

The people leading the war against Iran are the same terrorists committing genocide in Gaza.
75k people in 2.5 years, in an area that has 13k people per square mile, is genocide?

Man, Israel really needs to work on their genociding. They're horrible at it.

EDIT: as a point of comparison, it's been reported that the IRGC killed as many as 32,000 protesters in a matter of days.

Hey man, I think you should really consider how and why you are able to so flippantly talk about 75,000 human souls being killed as if it’s just a statistic. Or why you are able to defend bombing an elementary school. This is a very unpleasant side of you that I wish we were not seeing.

What happened in Gaza, which is the direct result of the actions of the terrorist government of Gaza, is terrible. Even more terrible is the fact that the Israeli government pretty clearly cares more about the lives of Gazans than does the government of Gaza.

I didn't defend the bombing of the school. I defended the US and Israel against accusations that they are the evil ones in this equation.

You must always get both sides. In this case, however, both sides are shit humans.

Why the hell would we be striking merchant vessels? What is the operational goal of that?
Just following the script —

Yeah, that's the point. You're defending the United States and Israel against accusations that we are evil, when we (likely inadvertently) bombed an elementary school and then proceed to cover up what is a horrific war crime. As I told you yesterday, inadvertent war crimes are still war crimes. And the cover-up and refusal to hold responsible parties accountable in the aftermath, is also a crime, and so deeply immoral as to be evil. Your caping up for the U.S. and Israel being called "evil" is so bizarre and tone-deaf. The overwhelming vast majority of people around the globe would likely classify what we did to that school as 'evil' because even if the bombing itself was accidental, the cover-up and refusal of accountability is intentional- and thus, evil.

I made this mistake myself, but this is not a winnable argument with Zen. He's one of those weird people who thinks the puppy who bites its owner is more evil than the owner who responds by shooting the puppy with a bazooka.
