It seems so far that the Iranians are having a hard time coordinating ballistic launches. Day one they sent 151. Day 2 47 and today they report via Faytuks that they sent 30. More might launch later, but clearly it wasn't just the senior ballistic staff that was eliminated. They are largely political anyway. Much of the mid level was likely "disrupted" as well and they do the work.

I doubt it is, but if Iran had even a single nuke I think they would likely use it on Israel if they thought their own survival (or, more specifically, the Iranian government's survival) was in jeopardy. I don't think many Americans realize just how small Israel is geographically - including occupied areas in the West Bank it's about the size of New Jersey - and thus would be extremely vulnerable to even one nuclear bomb. Again, I doubt that Iran has one (at least yet), but unlike some I think they'd be willing to use it if they thought Israel was on the verge of destroying their government or economy.
 
On Reddit so take with a truckload of salt but rumors that “big news to come in the next few hours” about the last barrage on Israel.
 

Israel says Tehran residents to 'pay price' after Tel Aviv, Haifa attacks​

Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz said in a statement: "The arrogant dictator of Tehran has become a cowardly murderer who targets the civilian home front in Israel to deter the IDF from continuing the attack that is collapsing his capabilities."
