BTW, it was posted earlier that the Trump folks were puzzled by Iran's use of drones or didn't see it coming. That's odd. The Houthis effectively closed much of the Red Sea traffic with Iranian made stuff on Trump's watch.

I am disappointed in Zelensky. He should have told them he would be happy to help with the drones but to arrange it that Trump and J.D. both needed to come to Kiev. Properly dressed in their best suits of course. And be ready to play a little card game.

That would have undermined the extraordinary ME alliance trump has been able to create. Most of the ME is siding with Israel. Think about that. The entire ME had had it with Iran. No potus in history has been as influential in the ME as trump has. Where are Russia and china? Sitting it out. Trump did what the world knew needed to be done but couldn’t. He has to make sure he gets out in 4 to 5 weeks.
