If we couldn't subdue Iraq (1/2 the population) or Afghanistan, how is this supposed to fare better? If history has taught us anything it's that the only real way to achieve lasting regime change is for the people of the relevant country to want to fight for regime change.

I have more concern about cyberattacks than Iran’s military capabilities. They work with Russia and we all know Russia’s capabilities. Additionally, Trump, the weirdo FBI bros, and Tulsi have gutted US cyberattack, detection, and deflection abilities. As much as a light-up-the-skies attack on Israel and US bases would look, I’ve long assumed Putin and allies have backdoors into America financial and security systems, and have remained measured in enacting gross chaos into the US system. Iran may no longer be measured.

Correct, such attacks can be in may forms. Wasn't Iran blamed for this which as I recall was significant back in the day:
