I’m skeptical that we will see inflation anything close to what we saw after COVID, but assuming we do see elevated inflation, it will be interesting to see where capital flows. Clearly, cash is bad during high inflation. Having debt isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as long as you can service it. Perhaps you might see another rush towards real estate?

An excuse for the war that makes a little sense if Bannon or Rove are the masterminds - postpone the general election so Dems can't take this house this Nov.
