Great that a deal has been reached...but I'm already seeing the social media barrage of MAGA posts saying "see we told you he could do this. Next up Ukraine." It is going to be a very long 4 years.

This is what real leadership looks like, Pubs. Unlike your dickwad narcissist of a president.

President Joe Biden noted that his team and the incomding Trump administration’s spoke as “one team” in negotiating the ceasefire deal reached Wednesday as he thanked those involved with striking the high stakes deal between Israel and Hamas.

“This deal was developed and negotiated under my administration, but its terms will be implemented for the most part by the next administration,” Biden said, taking care to note the work done by the incoming administration under President-elect Donald Trump.

“In these past few days, we’ve been speaking as one team,” Biden said. “This has been a time of real turmoil in the Middle East, but as I prepare to leave office, our friends are strong, our enemies are weak, and those are genuine opportunities for a new future.”

CNN reported that alongside Biden’s top Middle East envoy Brett McGurk, Steve Witkoff, the Middle East envoy appointed by Trump, was present in the final stretch of the negotiations — a development that Biden administration officials said was critical in bringing the negotiations over the finish line.

Well, only appropriate to go retro given your recycling of stale arguments on this thread. It doesn’t help your troll reputation to repeat and repeat the same things discussed 47 pages ago.

If I used that term to describe anyone other than Trump, then I apologize to that person. Trump can go fuck a donkey before I'll apologize to him.

He lost relatives that were killed when Israel dropped a bomb on the church they were sheltering in.
The church that was alleged to have been bombed, Church of Saint Porphyrios, wasn't actually hit. It was a building within the church compound. The church is fine and functional. They posted live FB video just a couple days ago.

The timing of the cease fire was determined by the fall of Assad, not Biden or Trump. Iran can't support Hamas any more, and Hezbollah needs to regroup, and so Hamas is left dangling.
Please keep posting this.

If only the MSM and the pundits would acknowledge this. Neither Biden or Trump had anything to do with this.

Doesn't the editor's note to the article you linked contradict your conclusion?

Editor’s Note: This fact check was published Oct. 12, 2023. A week later on Thursday, Oct. 19, an airstrike toppled a wall at the Greek Orthodox Church of Saint Porphyrios causing serious damage and death.

And honestly, what is the difference between Amash losing relatives to an Israeli airstrike that hit the church versus an Israeli airstrike that hit a building in the church compound? Sounds like a distinction without a difference.

And the fact that Assad was taken out because Russia couldn't prop him up because of their war with Ukraine.

Only a few more days to weaken the terrorists in Gaza before they start planning their next attack, starting on Monday.

True. That was a later strike. That damage, according to IDF, was unintentional and the result of an IDF strike of an adjacent building, which was being used as a Hamas command post, but the church is apparently still functional, which would mean it wasn't THE target.

To Amash, that difference is probably irrelevant.

What's more disturbing is that terrorists continue to put civilians in harms way by using civilian buildings and shelters for military posts.
