They are just as good as they were when “they” said Sadam Hussain had WMDs. It’s not them it’s the leaders. We know how that turned out. The leaders lied because they wanted it to be true and acted on it. But at least those leaders under W were actually competent. Trumps appointees are anything but.

Near term, yes. Long term they will deny ever supporting this.

In both cases Democrats will be blamed.

You are correct that Russia doesn’t buy oil from Iran on a large basis, but Iran has been complicit in helping Russia bypass sanctions and with swaps and in infrastructure development

I’m saying they aren’t close to having that capabilities and peaceful options should have been explored. There was no imminent threat, but now we put a target on it backs for the sake of Netanyahu
