IKR. Besides the Saudis being Sunnis and Iran being Shias. Saudis are Arabs. Iranians are Persians and their language is Farsi. They are run by a theocracy. Saudis are a Kingdom. Iran is supported by russia ans supports Hezbollah and Hamas. Saudis support neither Hezbollah, Hamas, Iran, and are a US ally.

Seems as if IDF strikes now broadening the target list to include propaganda sites and more IRGC sites . Has Israel moved beyond the degradation of the nuke sites and shifted to total regime change.? It appears they are not striking regular Army units but Quds and IRGC. Maybe thinking the regular army isn’t as radicalized and may be able to step in and protect any type of civilian revolt against the regime. Or maybe yesterday's strikes were just a break until American assets are more ready? Very odd targeting yesterday.

I don't think there's any love lost between Trump and Putin, at least from Trump's point of view. When Putin refuse to allow Trump to end the Russia Ukraine war, that had to have pissed him off.

Just yesterday Trump used a meeting at allies at the G7 to carry water for Putin’s feelings about being kicked out of the then G8 (and misrepresented the reason and the responsible party for that decision). Meanwhile, Trump also slagged on Macron, made nasty comments about former VP opponent Tim Walz and continues to refer to the governor of California as Gavin “Newscum”.
Trump may be disappointed that Putin didn’t make it easy on Trump to deliver peace in Ukraine in 24 hours but he was also delighted that Putin called to tell him Happy Birthday.
I’m not sure what signals you take to suggest that Trump has no love lost for Vlad but you might consider recalibrating … Trump is abundantly and childishly clear about such things.
