Israel launches attack on Iran

This is old news, I haven't been paying enough attention, but Jordan has been having to use it's own military force to help intercept missiles from IRAN (claiming self-defense for their own land and people), syria has been letting israeli jets refuel on syrian soil, and Saudi Arabia has been letting israel intercept missiles from IRAN over their soil.
With Hezbollah sitting on the side-lines, it seems Iran is lacking friends.

Jordan did the same last Fall when Iran attacked. Jordan is a close U.S. ally in the region and no friend of Iran.

With Hegseth and this Administration, hard to know how much is posing / cosplay and how much to take seriously. I find it hard to believe that current conditions warrant this unless there is a lot more serious info we are not being told. OTOH, Rumsfeld flew around in these things regularly when he was SecDef.

Unfortunately, the intelligence community is so imbedded in DC and all war hawks. Trump is a loon but I don’t know of any of our past presidents would have been able to stand up to the US war machine. For sure, Bush, Biden, Obama and Clinton are getting in.
