“… Johnson is accused of molesting a [minor] victim for months in Hernando County, Florida, and is being held in custody before his trial date of Feb. 9.

According to court filings reviewed by CBS News, Johnson allegedly tried to silence the alleged victim in the case by offering a payout. A police affidavit alleged Johnson told the victim that he had been "pardoned for storming the Capitol on January 6, 2021, and he was being awarded $10 million as a result of being a 'Jan 6er.'" The affidavit said Johnson told the victim that Johnson "would be putting (the victim) in his will to take any money he had left over."…”

“… Johnson is the latest in a series of pardoned Jan. 6 riot defendants to face new post-pardon criminal charges.

Zachary Alam, a convicted Capitol rioter from Virginia who was released from prison after the Trump pardons, was arrested in May for breaking and entering a home near Richmond, Virginia. Alam was found guilty of the charge in 2025 and faces a court hearing next week ahead of sentencing.

Christopher Moynihan, a Capitol siege defendant from upstate New York, was arrested last month for allegedly threatening to kill House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. Moynihan has pleaded not guilty.

John Banuelos, who was pardoned before going to trial for allegedly firing a gun into the air at the Capitol on Jan. 6, is being held in custody in Utah, pending an upcoming hearing in a kidnapping case. Banuelos was arrested the summer of 2025, after police said a DNA test had matched him to a 2018 kidnapping and assault. “

Only the finest people ... patriots!

No, you're not reality, thank everything I know. We don't lump them all together. There are those who committed felonies and those who committed misdemeanors.
Yep and not all felonies were equal, nor were all misdemeanors, which is why I said the true revisionists are those who try to lump everyone together.

Talk about a self contradictory statement. Perhaps you ought to peruse the lists of charges.

Perhaps you should peruse the lists of charges. In lieu of that, you could just watch video of the riots or read the details of the actions of individual rioters.

Some rioters committee felony destruction of property for busting windows and doors. Others committed felonies by busting officers in the head.

I don't equate those felonies. Do you?

In reality, the true revisionists are those who try to lump everyone involved into one category.
What one category? Criminals? Because everyone who went into that building that day is, indeed, a criminal. They do vary thw degree to which they are criminal, of course.

I wasn't on the jury so I didn't hear the sworn testimony. That would make my opinion worth very damned little yet still infinitely more priceless than your bilge.

I'm reality, the true revisionists are those who try to lump everyone involved into one category.y
Bullshit.

Anyone that walked into that building committed a crime because they weren’t allowed to be there. Their actions inside dictated the punishment they would receive for their crime.

I can't solve your mental confusion nor do I care to. One last time for the day. The variety of the charges are not related to the veracity of the evidence.
Here's my summary....

The Right wants to portray everyone as rowdy tourists and the Left want to portray everyone as violent insurrectionists. Both sides are wrong.

That was my entire point that you, for whatever reason, want to argue, even though we both know it's true. 🤷‍♀️

Nobody was a rowdy tourist, so the convicted felon is completely wrong.

Everyone was an insurrectionist, some were violent, some were violent adjacent. They're all criminals who tried to overthrow the government of the United States.

Agree. Some weren't even rowdy. Some calmly walked in, after the mayhem at the start, and took pictures of the inside of the Capitol.
