James Comey being investigated by the Secret Service

Basically I have no care or feelings about Comey Maybe he can write a book about this experience and make some money Or maybe he will go to prison

He was instrumental in unknowingly costing Hillary the 2016 election and he will have to wear the hair shirt for that until he is passing into non-existence... aka dying

Despite his foibles, I have some sympathy for him because I believe he is a decent man...
 
I worked in the restaurant industry all through high school and college. 86 means you are out of something; it typically does not imply any affirmative action.

When you 86 something, you take it off the menu because there is no more.

Now, I suppose there is a secondary or tertiary meaning of 86 where it could imply some affirmative action, but that is not how it is generally used or understood.

When I see 86 47, I don’t read it as killing the guy. I’ve not seen 86 used as a euphemism for murder.

My wife and I were waiting at the window at a Wendy's years ago and heard the car behind us order "a hamburger, but 86 the pickles." The person taking the order yelled out, "This next guy wants 86 pickles on his burger!" To which a coworker responded, "I don't think we even have that many, but I'll give him all we have!"

I've always wanted to be there when the pickle-hating guy unwrapped that burger to find it swimming in pickles. My wife and I still laugh about it to this day.

That is essentially what I understood "86" to mean. My own personal understanding of the meaning was to get rid of something that is not only unneeded but would be an impediment to progress to retain it. For me to "86" something was a polite way of saying, "*&^%-can that nonsense." And example of usage from my experience would be, "You really need to 86 that attitude if you want to have any sort of productive or enjoyable time here." But usually employing the aforementioned vulgar synonym for "86," depending on to whom I was speaking.
 
I remember back in the early 90s when greyhound bus called for an overthrow of government with this commercial.

Yeah, that is what my 86 45 tee shirt means. At the time it was supporting impeaching Trump.

Now if puppy killer Noem has captured me on video wearing my 86 45 tee shirt while I've been running errands, should I worry that I will picked up and shipped to El Salvador ?

I don't sport a raising autism awareness tattoo, but if Noem is going after Comey, could I be next ?
 
It's all so dumb. He wouldn't be being "investigated" if he wasn't James Comey. And the fact that it was a social media post, directed at someone who, on a daily basis, posts far worse messages, just adds to the dump. Just dumb all around.
