It was easier with Hillary because of 20+ years of her being demonized by the Rush Limbaugh and Fox News crowd.

He doesn’t have that built in advantage with Harris.
 
With men, he seems to take great joy in tearing them down and defeating them. He comes up with clever nicknames, he goes for the jugular and kicks them when they are down. With women, he just thinks it's beneath him to even be dealing with them... he can't manage anything more creative than dismissing them as "nasty".
