I think Kamala and Walz need to get back to their populist base. She can use the platform to appeal to the working and middle class. She needs to watch a lot of Sec. Pete.

Jen O'Malley has muzzled Kamala and Walz a bit. Her prep of Walz before the VP debate was abysmal, but Time Walz overcame it.

Kamala and Walz have made a bit of a comeback in the last week, but Kamala and Biden needed to be in NC, Fl every day during Helene and Milton...and swatting the LIE FLIES around from the dung mouths of Trump and MTG.

Trump thrives in chaos...because humans are inherently mimics (i.e., sheeple) instead of thinkers. If Kamala and Biden needed to take turns with nightly updates, it would have made a difference.

Now the race is tied. Trump's internals show PA, NC, FL, AZ in trouble for the Blue team.

It's a sprint to the finish, although early voting has started. All hands on deck. WTH is Obama today?

How do you know what Trump's internals are saying? And if they are Trump's internals, there's no reason to think that they are accurate.

There's a lot of scapegoating of O'Malley. I mean, I have no visibility into the campaign, but what I've seen is a kickass rollout of a new candidate (with negative favorables) under really difficult circumstances. The fundraising has been off the charts. The on-the-ground organization is, by most accounts, good. I don't see any reason to substitute my own judgment for the campaign's. They can do the job better than we can.

This is also not a tied race. Kamala is winning. There's just so much uncertainty that it's hard to project with confidence.

With all respect, I think you're giving WAY too much weight to whatever is leaking about Trump's internals. O'Malley has run a spectacular campaign under the circumstances. There's a metric mile of shit that the Pubs have lobbed into the public discussion, but it all comes down to the fundamentals. And Kamala has the advantage in at least 80% of the fundamentals.

I disagree. You can't let them lead you around like a puppet. That's playing right into their hands. Anyone convinced the government wasn't doing their job wasn't voting for her anyway.
 
Reminds me of the Obama pre superbowl Fox News interview years back. They spent the whole time grilling him about Benghazi, his birth certificate and whatever the third right-wind conspiracy was at the time. Like he always did, Obama handled it with ease. But I at the time had no idea how much Fox was obsesses with conspiracy theories until that crazy interview.

I so wish he could be President. He's had my support for the last decade or more. I’d work overtime and donate generously to get him elected if there were a realistic chance. But not in this sad country at this sad time. I hope I live long enough to where things (attitudes) change for the better where he can get elected.
