In an administration filled with the worst of the worst, Patel may well be the biggest joke and clown of them all. Parading around looking utterly ridiculous in his FBI getups (he no doubt thinks he looks badass), using taxpayer funds to fly his girlfriend to meet him and take vacations together, and now this. He reminds me of those hopeless losers in movies and TV shows who have to lie and deceive and use other means to get laid, like Bill Paxton's character in True Lies. "Honey, I'm the Director of the FBI, have you heard of them? I have the power to fly you anywhere in the country, now won't you date me?" In real life he'd be the butt of jokes in his cubicle-laden office who cosplays being a tough guy on weekends. And yet he's the Director of the Freaking FBI.
