Whether the founder/CEO makes it will probably depend on how much control he has over the board and how much of a scumbag he is. But it's hard to see any scenario in which the fairly recently hired head of HR survives this.

Have you heard of quid pro quo sexual harassment? Any HR pro worth her salt will have a sweet severance package negotiated for herself.

How is that inconsistent with what I posted? You realize a severance package means you're no longer with the company, right? There's no chance she is going to be with the company at the conclusion of this. Whether she gets paid a lot of money on the way out is a different question entirely.
You used the term "survive," which to me at least, implied a negative situation for her. Getting a multi-million dollar exit package to do nothing seems like surviving to me.

OK. What I meant is that she's not going to be working at the company anymore. Sorry for any confusion.
I think that is a very safe assumption. I can't imagine she would want to do so after all of this. HR would be just about the worst job imaginable for someone who went viral for having an affair with her boss. Can't exactly lay down the law for other employees when you have that baggage around you. Time to find a new line of work.
