Yeah. And the final number could end up being 5 billion or 15 billion. I have my doubts that this is a $200 million fraud if they're going to throw out a 9 billion dollar number.

The beginning investigation was made public during the Biden administration. I don't think there's too much public information on how many cases were developed during the Biden or Trump administration. Not sure if it matters.

And yes, I do know that the head of the group that defrauded us with the Somalis was a white woman. I think I mentioned it a page or two back. There is also a couple of white guys from Pennsylvania that got convicted recently. I think it's safe to say that the majority of the criminals were from the Somali community.

Of course it matters. If all the convictions were the results of investigations started under Biden, then this is mostly a web of lies about why they are there. WE know these are confirmed.

No, the meaning of "racism" is not really a matter of personal opinion. There is a massive literature on race and racism. That is like saying that the efficacy of vaccines is a matter of personal opinion. In tact, there are facts that one can learn (or not learn)

If one blames fraud committed by Somalis on their race, that is racism,
If one celebrates the fact that POC are guilty of fraud as some sort of evidence that POC are crooks, that is also racist
Donald Trump has been a known racist for long before he emerged on the political scene. OBVIOUSLY that post mocking the Obamas was racist. The only open question is whether or not he is a deeply committed racist, or is it that he knows that his MAGA followers ARE racists and he chooses to appeal to them,

Sure, the textbook meanings of racism are generally the same. What's different is how individual people define racism. For some people, wanting a secure southern border is racist. For others it's not.

I agree. If someone said "They committed fraud because they are Somali", that would be racist. Describing the fraud as Somali fraud, when 80% + was committed by Somalis, can also be a descriptor.

Sure, you can call it Somali fraud if you want to refer to all fraud by ethnicity. The PPP fraud in Mississippi was white fraud. Trump's fraud was white fraud. Bernie Madoff? White fraud. Sam Bankman Fried? White fraud.

I look forward to these new labels. On the other hand, if you only want to assign race labels to people of color, that's textbook racism and there is no definition that would reasonably support any other inference.

I probably wouldn't refer to a crime committed by an individual in terms of race. I would probably refer to fraud, school shootings and serial killing as "white" crimes.

This situation is unusual because it was one string of crimes that was almost entirely committed one nationality. I can't really think of a comparable situation. Maybe something with mob crimes and Italians...

It's a number snatched out of the air and supported by the same people who gave us "They're eating the dogs and cats".

Found out that the "vast" involvement of Somalis is accurate. Out of less than a hundred people who have been charged ,eighty or so are Somali. They are the taint on the other eighty to a hundred thousand as such violent alien invasion demands. That's what they get for trusting the white person in charge. That's the trouble with foreigners. An American black would have never trusted a white person in a scam like that. They'd know who was getting the wrong end of the stick.

Can we purge the Trump administration by these standards? I'm sure at least one out of a thousand is guilty of something.

No. That is the point. Sure, educated folks might come to different conclusions. But the problem we as a society are facing is that uneducated people believe that they get to believe whatever they want to believe and they believe that they can "do their own research" by reading right-wing garbage.
In fact, there are facts out there.
* Racism does not mean whatever folks want it to believe.
* "Gender" has an actual meaning
* "Transexual" has an actual meaning
* Vaccines have an actual meaning
* The "Gulf of America" does not exist
* Puerto Rico is part of the United States
* Donald Trump is a convicted felon
* "undocumented immigrants" are not entirely folks who walked across the Mexico-US line, a LARGE portion are folks who came on legal visas but overstayed
* guys who set out on little boats from South America, stocked with drugs, are not really "terrorists"
* people who protest ICE are not really terrorists
* "Affordability" is not really a made up concept
* No, prices are not going down

In sum. MAGA folks believe stupid things, and DJT lies to them BECAUSE he knows that they are that stupid
