LIV Golf DEAD?

It should have never been a thing. LIV sucks. With all the guaranteed money, there's little incentive to stay at the top of one's game. What you end up with is a hungover Bubba Watson in jorts whacking a golf ball around a course with shit music blasting everywhere. It's entertainment, not sport.

It was a Saudi Arabian League and the idea was an Asian team, Latin American team, a European team and several American teams. Not sure how you get white supremacy out of that but I'm guessing it's just reflexive.

I was definitely the guy promoting how great it would be for the players. At least monetarily, it was. For Liv and PGA players.

But I'm never going to be the one that says watching golf is going to be great, although I did watch a little bit of the Masters this year.

And that's pretty much the end of my contribution to this thread. If you think hate streams from Republicans versus Democrats and vice versa, or Israel vs Palestine, you haven't seen a PGA supporter talk about Liv.

Yes. Yes it was. Despite his professed lack of interest in or watching of golf. He was convinced it was going to create dynamic viewership and ratings records when the LIV golfers showed up at the majors. He went on and on and on about it page after page after page on the FORE thread.
 
I.love to play golf and watch golf. If you put all the time I spent watching liv together it would be less than a minute. Horrible concept. The idea was to destroy the pga. The irony is pga tour pivoted and is stronger with higher purses. Liv did make a lot of golfers rich.

Well, he's an idiot. so there you have it. He is also not a data scientist as he claims. He might be an admin in a data science department, but he ain't a data scientist. People who don't know things have trouble realizing how obvious they make it.

I argued from the start w LIV lovers that this idea was a terrible one. A government sponsoring a sports tour? Ridiculous and it was always clear to many of us what SA was trying to do.
