I looked it up. That doctor is some guy in Texas who stole the medical information of children and leaked it to a conservative website because the children were getting transgender care. Of course the Trump administration dropped the case almost immediately upon taking power.

I find this guy endlessly fascinating because he seems to be thoroughly convinced that there still exist "serious Republicans" who aren't trolls and who have either actionable ideas or actionable desires to actually govern the country.
It's like he lives in a parallel universe where Republicans aren't anything more than a group of fascist trolls.
