Sounds like he's going to be deported for not disclosing "relevant information".

In this case he worked with UNRWA.

Not at all surprising.

The deportation order, which found Khalil failed to disclose relevant information on his green card application, cannot go into effect due to another case the pro-Palestinian demonstrator brought against the federal government for allegedly violating his constitutional rights, and in which a district judge has ruled the Trump administration cannot currently deport him.

UNRWA, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, is a UN agency established in 1949 to provide humanitarian assistance and human development services to Palestine refugees in the Middle East. I know what’s its stated purpose is. I also know its many ties to terrorism, including several participating in 10/7.
