I think she got the nose shaved but also raised to create more space between lips and nose to create room for lip enhancement. Also cheek implants and eyelid lifted.

Ain't gonna lie -- I think the press sec is pretty. Ugly person, but pretty face. She should work for Fox News.
That is a 100% lead-pipe lock, unless NewsMax makes a 2X offer. The Republican press secretary to Fox News host is almost 100% -- especially for females.
Extreme close ups are not flattering for anyone. Vanity Fair doing Karoline dirty.

She definitely is. But she has also altered her face unnecessarily. She started as a a beautiful (if sorta munchkin sized) young woman and has done some Michael Jackson adjustments that are pretty harsh. She is also in her 30s (and her appearance has gone through natural changes due to pregnancy).
Some of the older women with MAL face look like victims of some plastic surgery car wreck. And the photo used for Laura Loomer is immediately after cut rate plumping and other work hadn’t settled. She is young and her face has recovered substantially from that horror photo that will haunt her forever.

I guarantee they would clean up a photo like that for any actress.
For instance (not Vanity Fair work but a good example of glamour magazine work that they did not afford Leavitt and the rest of the Trump Admin photo shoot subjects who probably reasonably expected the glamour shot treatment, TBH):

Ok I added 4-5 years to my assumption. She looks too old but given her job not that surprising.

Agreed but that plastic surgery will catch up with her and at a far younger age than most people.
One thing about this type of plastic surgery, it can sometimes look good for a while but once on that treadmill you can't get off. Everyone who has facelifts eventually end up looking horrible.
