Can't much blame them. There's not likely to be anything good for them here. Even though I can empathize with their pain, it happened in a way that emphasized ours. I'm not too interested in rubbing it in but I don't have a soothing or kind word to spare at the moment.

Freshman with limited end of game experience saw two dookies open down court and maybe panicked a bit.

UConn still had to make the shot.

Scheyer kept UConn in it by slowing things down too early and going to the Boozer iso primary for too long.

Whatever the Boozer ISO, or anyone else ISO is all they do or kick for a three. It was miracle they didn't call UConn for another foul when they stole Boozer's pass.

I can't say I dislike the Boozers that much. They seem a bit spoiled but I fully expect Cameron to eventually be a very average player in the NBA relative to the expectations. He plays below the rim, will not be able to bully-ball players his size or larger and won't have the early bloomer advantage.

I will not miss the long dread lock guy. He fouls almost every possession to the point of almost hurting people and looks shocked every time he is called for it (which admittedly is about 70% less than he should be called for it).
